Do you have a subscription model?
No, we do not have a subscription model. You can buy a one-time plan that suits you best, and you will have access to the features included in that plan for the duration of the plan.
Will my plan renew automatically?
No, your plan will not be renewed automatically. You will have to renew it manually after it expires or extend it before it expires. It allows you to control your spending and only pay for the features you need, with no hidden charges or surprises.
What happens if I renew my plan before my current plan is finished?
It will be added to your current plan, extending your access to the features included in that plan. For example, if you have a Basic plan and you renew it, you will continue to have access to the features of the Basic plan for the duration of the renewed plan, after the current plan expires.
Do I get a refund if I cancel my plan?
For 14 days after your purchase yes. During this period simply contact us by email or go to your profile where you will find a button to request a refund and we will refund the full amount of your purchase. You will, of course, lose access to the service. Once this period has elapsed, it is no longer possible to cancel your purchase.
